Annual Inspections, Aircraft Repairs and
Preventative Maintenance
> Let your Pilot's License work for you.
> Use the FAR's to your advantage.
> Save up to $75.00/hr and receive your "Certificate
of Supervision" authorizing
YOU to perform
preventative maintenance
as listed in FAR 43, appendix "c."
You, as the aircraft owner/operator, will
be provided all tools and
shop supplies needed
to open all access panels,
cowlings, interior
parts and landing gear
fairings to allow
the annual inspection to
be performed.
A certified mechanic will be supervising
you at all times to ensure
your understanding
and confidence in performing
the task.
You will receive a logbook listing all tasks
you performed under supervision
thus allowing
you to legally and confidently
perform these
tasks.
Removal and installation of landing lights,
oil changes, servicing
struts and replacing
or servicing batteries
are a few other examples
of the actions that can
be performed by the
aircraft owner/operator
under the FAR's.
