Return Policy
Returned parts (not cores) can be issued credit within 30 days of the date of sale and with an original receipt as long as the part has not been installed.

If you need to return a part, please call (888) 618-8133 and ask for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization.

Parts Damaged in Shipping
If you receive a shipment with damage to the container, box, or part contact us at (888) 618-8133 and we will contact our shipper. You will need to keep all packing material, the container or box and the parts (or pieces) as the shipper may contact you to inspect these items. We may ask that you ship the damaged part (or pieces) back to us after the shipper has completed their inspection and the claims process. If this was a stocked item(s), we will ship a replacement order as soon as possible. Special order item(s) replacements will be handled on an individual basis.

Core Returns
A core is the old part that is of the same part number as the part being sold. Only "like" cores will be accepted which means your core has to be manufactured by the same manufacturer as the one you are purchasing. If your core is not made by the same manufacturer as the part you are purchasing NO CORE CREDIT will be issued. Core charge amounts are listed as a separate line item on your order form. Refunds or credit can not be issued for core charges without the original receipt. Cores are accepted up to 10 days after delivery of the original sale. Any core returned after 10 days will not receive credit.
